This unit was custom designed for the purpose of re-fuelling machinery on site and topping up of various needed fluids. Most fluids are commonly needed on a daily basis but we have also made provision for specific non-common (or specific fluids) on the front right-hand compartment for 4 x 20 L containers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">The service tank fluids consist of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>25000 L Diesel<\/li><li>2200 L Hydraulic oil<\/li><li>660 L Engine oil<\/li><li>210L Engine coolant<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">All fluids are pumped with double diaphragm air pumps with the below details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>Diesel 1 \u00bd pump 378 l\/min 8.4 bar working pressure<\/li><li>Hydraulic oil &amp; Engine oil 1\u201d pump 144 l\/min 6.8 bar working pressure<\/li><li>Coolant \u00be\u201d pump 61 l\/min 6.8 working pressure<\/li><li>Grease pump 3.4kg\/min 10 bar working pressure<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Hydraulic oil, engine oil &amp; coolant functions are fitted standard with \u00bd\u201d self-retracting hose reels for the top ups<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Diesel function is fitted with 1 \u00bd self-retracting hose reel for high volume transfer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Grease function is fitted with 3\/8 self-retracting hose reel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">A \u00be self-retracting hose reel is fitted for the option to use pneumatic air tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">All Pumping points &amp; refilling of the different tanks are centrally located on the rear end of the service unit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Fitted Compressor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>Atlas Copco U110 Pace<\/li><li>10bar max pressure<\/li><li>110cfm<\/li><li>Diesel driven<\/li><li>Fitted onto a retractable slider for maintenance purposes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">The Mobile Service units have a separate 5000L water tank with a diesel driven high pressure washer fitted into the right-hand front compartment with a 3\/8 self-retracting hose reel. The volume of the water tank can be increase but in turn the diesel volume will decrease to stay within the truck load specification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
